our matcha is sourced from uji, japan, using the premium oku-midori cultivar. the tea leaves are shade-grown for weeks to enhance their natural sweetness and umami. after careful hand-picking, they are steamed, ground, and blended into a smooth paste, locking in freshness and nutrients.
